Composite Human vs. an Immortal, Intangible Tier 7 with Godly Regen

... You know what? I want to try this: If you read Ghoultar's entire (especially the Weaknesses and Note sections) profile, you'll understand why this match is much fairer than you think. SO, WITHOUT FURTHER ADO:

Speed is equalized.

CH knows everything about Ghoultar and his weaknesses, and he has 2 weeks of prep time.

Ghoultar doesn't have the Mech-enstein.

By being cursed by the Preeminent, he is capable of regenerating inside of her when killed, and he's protected by the 'Fate Manipulation' of the inhabitants of the Cloud Kingdom, who can control the fate of everything in the 17 Realms.

If this is a thing, CH ain't doin nothing, if it doesn't stop him from being one-shot, CH stomps by virtue of the amount of ways he can put water on him.

You got that backwards:

They aren't protected by Fate Manipulation, but from Fate Manipulation, meaning that they resist it.

He can still one-shot pretty easily. Or turn himself invisible. Or try to possess something Or try to avoid it by flying or something.

Maybe he won't do it right away in character, but still an option.

Not really, no. CH can easly stay immersed in water while having litiral helicopters dropping water all over the place

Still, if Ghoultar manages to possess something, he's safe from the water.

4km is actually the maximum distance. If the fighters have a shorter range than that, they start at a shorter distance.

Still, he could try jumping from a tree to another, or to connect the trees together.

No. They start at the maximum possdible distance as far as range goes.

Starting distance: The characters start as far away from each other as the highest range of the fighters is, but a maximum of 4 kilometers. For example, if one character has a range of 10 meter and the other has a range of 20 meter they start 20 meter apart

Also, he would simply get splashed if he leaves the tree, and CHcould hust go somwhere where there aen't trees around

Realisticly, It can get water and go somwhere where there is nothing to posses anyways. And invisibility can be dealt with in many ways

I'll start making a Lloyd page after the end of Season 9, along with a revision of the god tiers.

I tend to make "irrelevant minions" profiles because they are either scaling points, or just have a battle gimmick that I like, and that I would like to use in Vs. matches.
