So as I was going through the Duck stuff, still a huge project that requires a lot more help than just me, I discovered something about Darkwing Duck that the wiki has gotten wrong for quite a while. Despite Launchpad appearing in the series, it is an alternate universe to Ducktales according to series creator Tad Stones. This would mean cross-scaling between Ducktales and Darkwing Duck and likewise the whole series at large are no longer valid.

Relativistic+ for the Eisner Era will be reverted back to Massively Hypersonic with Sub-Relativistic combat speed, and Darkwing will be back to City Block. But wait. Are we sure this is the only cross-scaling we can do? No. It’s about to get SO much juicier. We can do cross-scaling… to Ducktales 2017.

In the episode “Let’s Get Dangerous”, the villains from the original Darkwing Duck are summoned to the Ducktales 2017 universe. Darkwing Duck is only a TV show in their universe but is revealed to be in fact another dimension entirely, and it is revealed these villains are the real deal who fought the real Darkwing. Also, the original Ducktales is revealed to be a separate dimension as well, which is consistent with Stones’ statement. The original Darkwing villains are shown to be able to fight the reboot Darkwing, meaning they would scale in a No Way Home sort of situation to MCB, and likewise the reboot characters would scale to the OG Darkwing feats.

Actually, there may be an argument to be made as when Tad Stones stated that the versions of Launchpad or Scrooge were different, he only stated that they were slightly or minorly so.

There can be an alternate universe where there are just minor differences.
That doesn't mean he didn't work for Uncle Scrooge. It just would've been a slightly different version of Uncle Scrooge.
So you hypothetically could make the argument that he could be comparable to his DuckTales self, though I feel my OP is more compelling.

Thank you for helping out. 🙏❤️
