RULES:

-Speed is equalized until otherwise

-Super Janempa is being used

-Ryuga has Meteo L-Drago, 4-A version

-L-Drago starts out already spinning

-Ryuga of course isn't fighting, L-Drago is, so Janemba only targets L-Drago

Location: World of the Kai's

Distance: 1000 Kilometers

Winner by any means

Ryuga wins by virtue of having seemingly better AP and better combat applicable hax. He eventually absorbs Janemba's energy as well.
 
Ryuga has better hax application and the two have similar AP it though ryuga scales to a guy who did i think something similar to gogeta so there is that. Yeah ryuga wins this hands down
 
For the 4-A part, Ryuga's Meteo L-Drago is at least equal to Galaxy Pegasus, who's>>>a bunch of other beys who're>>>>>>>casual Galaxy Pegasus>>>>>Lightning L-Drago who's >= Storm Pegasus, who's casually 4-A.

Only talking about 4-A and not the 3-C stuff.
