Fusion won't finish the job. Toriyama has done this for every fusion.
That image is fake. I've seen the image on google plus, and everyone confirmed it to be fake by posting an image that looks identical to it. The image in question was fan art.

Yep, that would be the one. The one in the actual movie sounds a tad bit different, but it's essentially the same thing.
If Gogeta does make an appearance in the new movie, I would honestly pay someone to edit this theme into the film in a professional manner.
