Seriously though, are unintelligent 9-B yellow characters Ash's weakness? He lost to SpongeBob and now he lost to Homer

What are you talking about? Homer's profile lists him as having 9-B AP and Durability. Ash has 9-B AP and 8-C Durability + Class 10 lifting strength.
Still not seeing why Ash can't just drown Homer.
Home is listed at 9-B. But he has a lot of feats that should push him higher. Avalanche survival feats, should scale to people who out ran and got hit by a monorail, scaling to Skinner who survived an explosion that blew up his car nearly completely as well as left a giant hole of concrete in the ground, and stopping a Draw bridge with his head.
