Human-to-Pokemon Powerscaling (Weaponry in Pokemon World, more correct this time)

I think some of those scale to Pokemon, but why does it matter?
That it scales to Pokemon is good. But i was also collecting Feats which scale Humans to Pokemon; which would, for example, result in Humans having 6-C AP and overall FTL speed (instead of 6-C Durability and FTL speeds as some Humans are now). And that would affect a lot of Humans, since they scale off each-other.

Cue almost Verse-wide changes in Tiers. That definitely matters.

Then it's just question of which feats scale to which Humans.

I might as well mention that Genesect is an explicit Pokemon-tier weapon.
That doesn't count. Weapons as per proppa weapons: swords, guns, etc. Futuristic weapons and armor, like lasers and power armor, count; artificially created Pokemon don't count. Any artificial being (e.g. cyborg, robot, genetically altered super-soldier) counts as long as it's not a Pokemon (if characters consider such creature a human, or that it has same civil rights as human; e.g. that it's illegal to catch it under any circumstances).

Other definition perhaps would be "personal weapons" (that Human wields himself) and "vehicle weapons" (big things, mounted on large non-Pokemon machines, like mechs or ships).

Just proving that Team Plasma can make them.
Well, more correctly: in order to qualify for my purposes, weapon in question must be 1) not a Pokemon , 2) not a weapon wielded only by Pokemon such as weapons that are "built in" so to speak), 3) not specific thing conjured by Pokemon. TL;DR all things in "Pokémon designs" of "Weaponry in the Pokémon world" doesn't count.

So for example, Genesect and Mewtwo doesn't count as they're Pokemon. Club of Cubone and leek of Farfetch'd don't count, as they're pokemon-specific weapons. "Body parts that resemble cannons", like on Magmortar and Blastoise, don't count, as those are body parts. Bone quarterstaff wielded by Lucario doesn't count, as it's Aura power.

The only exception is, if Pokemon wields a technological weapon that's artificially created and externally carried, and which is not an "Item" as defined in game. E.G. if Pikachu uses a fighting knife, or Lucario uses a machinegun.

Otherwise, nearly anything counts. Anything human can wield definitely counts.
