It would be Extraordinary Genius at minimum but roughly how do you mean "Pretty long" we usually lower it to extraordinary genius if it takes months or years of constant working but doing so in maybe a few days could be Supergenius. Also, understanding 5-D math alone doesn't mean much, controlling metaphysics on such a level it is a different story.

Fifth dimensional calculus that allows you to create a portal to the fifth dimension is some fictional physics, we have no idea how much more complex it is to IRL stuff

EG in the real world are slim to none (even by vs battle terms). A select few.
Even one can't master or have competency in most, at the very least, areas of science and/or arts, then they are ingenious tacticians, strategist, and planners like no other. Or have some sort of acuity that make them standout and put them ahead in most of man.
EG may not only be limited to technical prowess.
