This is good but it doesn't need a new tabber, it can go under Optional Items and Post-Star Allies. His Notable Attacks/Techniques can say most of this while his Optional Items tabber can mostly say what items give what powers, w/o needing to repeat the same powers.

Seeing it twice I don't agree with Damage Boost as charging up an attack really shouldn't qualify.
