Intro
With this new calc I'll be revising the non captain level peeps in early Soul Society arc (aka the non 6-B people), as well as fleshing out some other people's justifications.

The Stuff
Gin
At the start of the arc Yoruichi doesn't think anyone, including herself, are matches for Gin.

Ganju
Ganju is able to tussle with early SS arc Ichigo. While he's on the losing side clearly, he's still able to harm Ichigo and take hits from Ichigo. Ganju's original reishukaku compared to the others. Defeats Yumichika with a firework.

The Reishukaku
Reishukaku works by pumping your raw spirit energy into the orb akin to the basis for casting kido. The Reishukaku works by combining everyone's spirit energy in order to enable them to break through the Shakonmaku. The trick to making a good reishukaku ball is imagining your diving into a dark hole. In order to land the reishukaku safely in Seireitei everyone must combine their powers evenly in order to direct the trajectory. Because Ichigo is a goober, everyone had to pump in as much spirit energy last minute to tank the impact. Now there's two ways of handling splitting the calc value up: 1) divide it up evenly since while Ichigo was making it hard for Orihime, Chad, and Uryu, it wasn't to the point where it was disrupting the cannon ball itself, implying everyone shouldn't be drastically far in spirit energy (56.267 Megatons - 7-B+ for everyone); here I would say people like Yoruichi and Ichigo are at least that value as they were the most major contributors, while the rest would be at most that value, or 2) just downscale Ichigo from the calc since he was contributing some amount more than everyone else, scale Yoruichi to that Ichigo since she wasn't struggling and is implied to be capable of creating reishukaku on Ichigo's level, and then split the remaining evenly between the other 4 (100 Megatons - 7-A for Ichigo and Yoruichi, 34.4 Megatons - 7-B for the rest). I'm not partial to either over the other, albeit option 1 probably is the least arbitrary of the 2, since we know everyone there was trying to equalize their spirit energies.

Uryu
Uryu's original reishukaku compared to the others. I know what you're thinking "but Uryu is at most 6-B with his arrows". Yes, however his arrows come from converting reishi in his surroundings, the reishukaku works by taking his innate spirit energy. So this would be for Uryu's physicals which are unknown atm. This is supported by the fact that it's stated that Uryu's sanrei glove amps his reishi gathering ability which would boost his arrows extra. Uryu is much stronger than when he fought Ichigo.

Orihime
Orihime's original reishukaku compared to the others. Orihime doesn't feel stronger, although that's likely just feelings of inadequacy.

Ichigo
Ichigo's original reishukaku compared to the others. Ichigo is able to make a massive reishukaku and solidify it before losing concentration. Ichigo trained for 10 days with Urahara. Ichigo adapts to and overcomes Ikkaku. Based on what Ichigo's seen of his group (which admittedly doesn't stretch beyond the reishukaku thing), he thinks he's the strongest. Ichigo is getting stronger as he fights. Ichigo was struggling with blood loss in his Renji rematch. Ichigo gets a resolve amp and cuts down Renji. Ichigo's Hollow mask amps his durability.

Chad
Chad's original reishukaku compared to the others. Ichigo has a lot of faith in Chad, like a lot. Chad one shots a third seat with his special arm.

Yoruichi
Yoruichi makes a reishukaku easily.

Ikkaku
He's stronger than Ganju. Ikkaku is able to match Ichigo rather evenly. Ikkaku is able to fight and harm Ichigo.

Yumichika
He's stronger than Ganju. Yumichika cuts up Ganju.

Seated Officers
Seated Officers are ranked by power, aka Lieutenants > 3rd and 4th seats. Pre-Urahara training Ichigo is 3rd/4th seat level at best. This provides consistency for Lieutenants being above people like Ikkaku. So, all Lieutenants will be scaling to wherever beginning of SS arc Ichigo scales based on The Reishukaku. Zaraki supports this notion by saying that post-Renji fight Ichigo is around Lieutenant level.

Renji
Everybody loves Renji. He's stronger than Yumichika and Ikkaku. Renji dunks on Ichigo for a long ass time. Renji is 5x stronger than when he last fought Ichigo.

Izuru
Izuru blocks some attacks from Momo.

Iba
Iba can fight Ikkaku.

Conclusion
TLDR; anyone with near Lieutenant level scaling is going to scale to clover's calc in some way, whether that be 7-B to 7-A. I'll sandbox up justifications once we decide how to split the Reishukaku scaling.

Remember to upgrade base Komamura as well, since he scales above Soi-Fon.
 
In regards to Gin, I got the impression he was always holding back, and we know he's absurdly powerful later. Are we sure Gin was any weaker during the Soul Society Arc than he was during the Fake Karakura Town Arc? I suppose he did get hurt slightly by Toshiro.

The spirit partition is a great method of measurement for the group. Well spotted.

Fair enough, although it then becomes a matter of proving a negative. It's an assumption to assume he got stronger and also an assumption to assume he was already that strong. Kind of requires we assume something. Although it also means we're making keys for a version of a character that might have literally never existed. Hard to find a clear cut answer here.
