Something about them seems similar. And turns out they are in the same tier. Who wins? Speed is =. I wanted to do unequal speed, but...well...stomp match.

Mavis Vermilion vs Palutena

Depends wchich Mavis we use,
Zero Mavis will be deafeated low/mid diff (unless she can one shot Palutena with Law)
Post Zero, Before Death Mavis will stomp via Fairy Sphere to stop Palutena followed with Death Predation
Ghost Mavis cannont even interact with Palutena (however if she gets a vessel (ex Cana Alberona) to cast Fairy Glitter she most likely wins)
We cannont know power of Fairy Heart Mavis but considering the fact that she is stronger than in her pre death form (as she is equipped with unlimited magic force) we can easily assume she is at least as strong as Post Zero Before Death Mavis
If speed is uneqalized Palutena stomps all cases except 3 because fight couldnt even start
