Might want to use this link instead. Added a timestamp to the vid in the OP in case you want to start with the block on screen without having to look for it.
As for the arrows, they're running straight through so someone could look up the bows of that era's fps (convert to m/s) and then compare how fast he's moving toward us vs the arrows moving across the screen. Arrow Ru.
Also looking at the block splitting feat in slow-mo, you can see some fragments go flying from where it was broken. Don't know if that changes anything.
I've got the block breaking feat calculated here and got a "seems fine" from Ugarik here. I was just waiting for the forum move to be complete before writing it up and mentioning it. Summary: Subsonic combat speed, Athletic Human lifting strength (so just a support feat there since they're Peak Human already), and Wall Level attack potency.
I mean, I'm fine waiting a few days to write it up since it's not exactly a pressing thing.
I can't find a real-life mass on an equivalent statue for the guardian lion. It looks a lot like the Ming-era one here, but none of my searching put a number on it's mass. Here's a better quality video of the statue lift feat if someone wants to take a stab at putting a mass on the thing.
Here's a video of Shan Yu busting a double-door with his fist , slicing through pillars with his sword, and busting through a roof that might amount to something (all the same video, different timestamps). At a glance they all look like wall-level feats, though I'm not sure if Mulan really scales to him or not.
