I'd imagine if he knew about the immortality surgery he'd give it to one of his crewmates and get the immortality from them.
He also has Moria on his side, so that crewmate can get revived as a zombie after.. Blackbeard's got hella back-ups going on

it's funny that some calcs found the OP world to be twice the size of the sun, and that star's twice the size of the sun... Probably coincidence but it's still cool to think about.I genuinely hope so. I've been praying for a moon arc for years, I hope Vegapunk takes us on a short trip there- or to space.
