Who wins this is ROF saga Vegeta and Phoenix Ikki starts off in Gold cloth 8th sense and can go into god cloth if nesscary.

Yeah, due to 8th sense and Ikki's hax, this is a stomp. I remember someone saying that due to the lack of hax in DBZ that Ikki could solo the verse, so as far as I know Ikki vs. Vegeta is a stomp

Well there both incrediably fast vegeta should be at least 10 Quadrillon times FTL http://www.narutoforums.com/blog.php?b=15242 Ikki should be around the same speed around 4 quinttilon c so the hax is a problem though So i would give it to Ikki about 7 times out of ten

Even if that calc is true (haven't looked), do you realize this applies to Bronze Cloth Ikki... and that he STILL is 40 times faster than Vegeta? He speedblitzes and dumps on him with a one shot atomic destruction punch (or mind *****).

Ikki would have been 2-C instead of High 3-A if only he was the one to punch Hades instead of Seiya. But plot demands the main character to be the one to harm the main villain. So yeah naturally all God Saints would be 2-C at their peak, therefore Ikki stomps Vegeta.
