Although I HIGHLY agree with Saitama being banned from VS I saw this "what's in a OP" and he stated due to blue shifting his fist was reaching FTL speeds, although I know anime openings shouldn't really be stated as credible:

Completely agree, was just wondering if that would mean it was FTL in the OP not in the actual story itself.

Yeah Mafia, i don't know. I'm find with him being Sub-Relativistic+, though Saitama being FTL wouldn't surprised me if only he did that should he get serious.

Well in the most recent episode of the anime, Saitama's "Serious Strike" had the exact same effects as in the intro.

Where do you see his fist turning white due to blue shifting? I see a slight glow but I believe that's from the beam.
