So now this confirms it

Just like real....no one in OPM is LS unless they time travelling

Time to downgrade everyone to capping at Hypersonic

World is saved from an association of Monster's and a God level threat after a hard-fought, intense battle

Metal Knight: Ya'll mind if I drop in for some loot? Good job lol.

Fr why did Metal Knight show up IMMEDIATELY and ONLY after Garou dipped? Kinda sus ngl. Hell he would've shown up in the original timeline long before the fight was taken into space going by when he showed up in this chapter. I think he legit waited for Garou to leave before coming in. Man is a pussy. 💀
Funny how he did a similar thing in the Boros arc.

Hmmmmm...

Saitama not remembering his OP Time Travel powers is an L
If we really getting "lmao time travel" as an actual conclusion, then this doesn't bode well for future writing imo, not when Metal Knight literally comes in with exactly what they need to help everyone. But nope, they decided that out of nowhere time travel and amnesia ex-machina was a satisfying conclusion.
It's necessary that he forgot. From a writing standpoint it means he can't use it to undo things in the future. For now.

People fr be coping about Saitama's memories and saying that he just doesn't care when the narrator blatantly confirmed that he doesn't remember.

Also Saitama transcending even 4D concepts is dead now if it wasn't already. 💀

yes, you know that we have to do the composite anyway so, nah, nothing changes if you don't remember by force we will do the duels

Genos' leftist meme is obviously not meant to be taken seriously, the whole scene is about him overthinking the situation, trying to come up with explanations like the many-worlds interpretation of quantum mechanics specifically because he doesn't believe Saitama could fail in a possible future (When in reality it's just one timeline with reversal of causality) and then he tries to explain his time travel with Relativity and Speed of Light when Saitama and Garou are both obviously faster than light (and really, they went back in time through anti-particles traveling backwards through time).

except he didn't need to do it in the first place. Metal Knight literally comes over and is like "Aight get in the radiation cleansing rooms". All ONE and Murata had to do was just...not have people be dead and just like near dead or something from radiation poisoning. But no, didn't use that very logical way to solve it. Instead, time travel.

It would be more interesting if saitama got his memory back slowly, but him losing it is bad writing... unless it was some parody of a terrible anime trope or something

yes, but let's not remove it, because it can still be possible anyway

Can someone explain this, Garou can talk to people in the past

Also for all my complaints of the current shit, I do think Saitama's and Genos' friendship in this arc, is the best thing in it weirdly?

It's really satisfying to see their relationship evolve from Saitama seeing Genos as a nuisance, to Saitama just being chill with Genos' company, to Saitama slowly gaining concern over Genos' wellbeing like when Tatsumaki slammed Genos to a wall or when Saitama went out to look for Genos during the EC arc. And then finally, Saitama going ballistics and willing to blow up the ******* planet over Genos' death. It's beautiful.

It also helps that Genos is like, one of the 3 actual friends Saitama has in his life. I remember someone saying Saitama's development isn't him finding a new opponent to rival him, but rather to find a new meaning in life rather than just endless combat.

Saitama and Genos are one of my favorite duos in all of fiction, almost on the level of the World's Finest or the Brave and the Bold, and this arc, despite all of it's many faults, reinforces that idea and is actually better done here than the webcomic.

Wow I said the current manga > webcomic for once
