There are rather large groups of Zoroastrians still across the world, and I don't think they take it as 'myth'. Shouldn't this be considered like making a profile for Christian figures (e.g. Jesus) or Muslim ones like Muhammad? Where does the line stop when this religion has over 100k followers? That's not even counting Yazidis btw.

Which profiles need to be removed?

If making profiles like this is allowed, then ones for Abrahamic religions should be too.

That's a horrible comparison. Shintoism has profiles here. You can't really compare things with very few modern followers to the abrahamic faiths. Zeus has modern day worshippers.

WHy does Shintoism hav profiles, if it's still worshipped my many pople to this day?

And Zeus ins't a right comparasion, since Greek Mythology is officially accepted as a "dead" religion, as far as I'm aware.

It is a valid comparison. The Yazidis are likely the most horrifically persecuted minority on the planet. I don't want us to invalidate their faith as well.

Uh... The Yazidis are a seperate religion, to my knowledge.

If you feel like deleting them would be neccesary, I won't complain, however.

Shinto never was taken seriously, I can confirm that as a part of the country where it's originated from, it's fine.

How many followers does Shintoism currently have?

I will delete the Zoroastrianism profiles.

80% of Japan. And we suck at worshipping them. We generally take Shinto as tradition rather than anything else. Heck, I wasn't aware that Bhuddism and Shintoism are different when I was a kid.

Zoroastrianism is not 'mythology' and is a serious religion followed seriously by real groups of real group, just like Christianity and islam.

Zoroastrians still suffer persecution in South Asia/Iran, and Yazidism is heavily related to it.

hmmm...what's the conditions for the myths or religion to have profiles ?

Also, it's kinda shocking to know that Japanese dont take Shintoism seriously. Are there any reason for this ? Gin-san

Nearly 200k or over all around the world isn't a 'few'. These aren't just pagan people who would be called hippies.

No, it wasn't. Zoroastrianism is a genuine religion that has all the rights to not be discriminated and not taken as seriously as Christianity/Islam.

@magi

I have deleted all 3 Zoroastrianism profiles, and updated the Mythology page.
