Garou would just send him to another dimension or into deep outer space. Reinhard wouldn't be able to hit him either since Garou could just portal away from the EE blast entirely.

The ability that Reinhard resists on his profile is magic that envelops the target and transports/teleports them to another dimension. That's not what Garou does. He literally just opens a portal, which the target falls into. It's not moving them. It's just a gate.
