Big Mom never followed Luffy to Wano so the rooftop battle is Kaido vs Luffy, Law and Kid, no CP0 agents and Zoro never engaged in a fight with Kaido nor the scabbards (And Yamato is afk)

Conditions: Luffy has Gear 5 , Law and Kid have already Awakening DFs and full stamina, Kaido the same, full stamina and is completely serious

I was going to say this. They all needed cooldown time between rounds and constant outside interference to end up winning. In a void with just the three Kaido wipes imo.

Kaidou when not at his peak showed great enough speed to perception blitz Law with a casual Thunder Bagua even after giving him a warning and needing to hit Zoro first. A full power Kaidou (which he would be after seeing Gear 5th) would take Law and Kid out with a single powerful blitz attack.

After that it's Kaidou vs Gear 5th Luffy and until Luffy figures out how to deal with his stamina issues, he can't hope to fully put Kaidou down.

My vote stays with the World's Strongest Creature.
