Grappler Baki Inverse CRT: main cast scaling to previous Yujiro's

This thread will aim to fix Bakis current inverse scaling​

MT Scaling

Before scaling High and God tier MT characters, we have to scale Doppo.
Doppo in his fight against Yujiro was winning by the end of it, forcing Yujiro to transform.
Doppo > Base Yujiro

Now where does Katsumi scale?
Doppo says he's still on a normal level and that he's planning on meeting the strongest creature alive, and re itterates the part about being on a normal level.
In the same page Suedou tells Doppo he's n.1 in Karate, but Doppo makes a weird face to this comment and right after he introduces Katsumi.
Katsumi is then introduced as the ultimate picture of karate.
Doppo says that he and anyone else is unable to bring Karate further, but that Katsumi can.
Doppy then flat out says Katsumi is the strongest and stronger then himself.
Katsumi himself says his stats aren't less then Doppo's
Katsumi > Doppo

Doppo was in his prime in the MT​

Doppo not being in his prime after the Yujiro fight is a assumption made on the statement that Doppo was possibly in the last year of his prime, however the maximum tournament only takes place a month + 3 days after Yujiro and Doppos fight.
Secondly it's stated Doppo's rehabillition went well and later in the MT it's stated Doppos fists are as powerful as ever

What does this mean?
Counting the obv ones: Baki, Jack, Retsu, Katsumi and Hanayama all scale to first and second arc Yujiro
Does this create issues for Yujiros earthquake feat being a outlier?
Perhaps, but that shouldn't be used to ignore all of this evidence and should be disccused seperately.

Yeah, especially given that Katsumi is someone who has always had a lot of potential, although he might not sure about his MT scaling being a high tier considering Retsu defeated Katsumi with not much difficulty. Katsumi also did sustain a lot of damage in his fight with Hanayama who was one shot by Gallen, so not too sure if he would b e among the high tiers in MT, but he could be on the lower spectrum of high tier.
