According to the .5 unconsciousness Baki uses the .5 seconds it takes for information to get from the brain for people to react . They are unconsciousness for that time it take for the information to get there and move. But that’s actually twice as slow as real life. So if people in Baki react slower than normal don’t we have to take that into account and make all reaction feats twice as slow at least those involving people or animals. Also that’s only for visual reactions it’s .17 for audio and .15 for touch on average
