Not sure if this is also a luck feat or just being good at a game, but he was easily winning a game of cards against a pack of dogs until they jumped his ass.
Though I suppose this is contradicted by the majority of his 8 deaths but those are outliers in and of themselves, so..

You can also add in weaknesses that Puss won't even acknowledge that his lives are lost, especially since outside help doesn't apply in VS debates, and in this case, the Doctor doesn't tell him since it's Pre-Puss In Boots 2, and he only realized till Lobo struck it in him.

Pre-lives lost would be like, Shrek/First PiB movie.

Post-lives would be the end of the last wish. IE Puss at his strongest IC-wise

IIRC we only give Supernatural Luck to characters if it's stated that they have it, visual feats like those don't count.

It should be noted though that when Puss died the 8th time, he was in the central town sqaure, but he woke up in the doctor's office when he died, so that may mean his location will change after he revives each time

I think it comes from the assumption that the concept of death is everywhere and how a concept should know everything.

Obviously, we all disagree with both since concepts don't linger everywhere physically. Although I will admit that Villains Wiki wrote Death's motivations pretty spot on.
