ER this is probably an outlier or just weird mechanics in verse but technically if time stands still in limbo, then moving there is infinite speed. Unlike timeless voids, where time doesn't exist, time does exist here, and is just 0.

But probably not an argument that works on this wiki.

Interesting to think about though.

I don’t remember if anyone moves around in Limbo, but if someone did then yeah Time Stop Resistance works.
