Nested tabbers don't tend to work out well and several characters already use tabbers for their equipment. That's why I didn't format it as that.

If there's a huge number you can make it collapsible. That's what the DnD files have done.

Can Create/Summon seems fine, and Skalt seems willing to add it to the pic.
 
Some characters just have really large arsenals. I get that Green lantern is a bit different in that he can make just about anything he can think of but I don't think in general characters who create their weapons or other gear should have that excluded. If it gets too long, one can always introduce collapsible elements like the D&D files have and the Destiny Player Character will end up having.

Characters with as broad powers as GL can probably just have it as "Can create almost anything he can think of" or something and just list particularly notable constructs.
