Light has been writing in the names of many of the criminal underbelly and eventually kills homer Lisa vows to avenge all that have fallen to Kira's wrath

Light doesn't know about Lisa's investigation at first and has to find out himself or if Lisa decides to challenge him head on

Lisa only knows the basic stuff on light like the part of japan he lives in he's a student and he needs a name and face to kill

Light just read the first page of the death note and going unopposed except for Lisa and the town of Springfield

Lisa has access to her computer money funded by the town to help her in and she can ask people to help her

Light wins if he kills Lisa or shuts down the investigation

Lisa wins if she convicts light which means not only she has to find out she also has to win the court case

Homer revives.

And with that kind of money at her hand. There's no reason she wouldn't find light. Wouldn't take her longer than a day to figure out his stream of murders. She may hold skepticism at first, but she won't ignore the evidence falling heavily towards it. There's only one real issue, which is connecting the murders too him. Which I don't see her doing. She has no way to prove that. All she can do is yeet him to death. But isn't convicting him of anything as no proof. And no real way she can prove it

Lisa could use the death note as he wrote all of these murders and can prove it's magic with Ryuk who is a shinigami a god of death Lisa would know this because she's knows about mythology and other cultures once she gets her hands on the death note also your vote would technically be a wincon for light because he never got convicted but the thing is Lisa wouldn't hurt light in all of the times she and Bart went up against sideshow bob they never got violent in a physical way mostly outwitting him

She couldn't prove that at all. Why would Ryuk help her in that manor. Writing down the names is not much of proof. He can easily cover that up as he was investigating it himself. And simply writing down the name of the people. And no it wouldn't. Light is dead. Lisa is not

And that final part is a major no. She has gotten violent a lot. She doesn't get violent with people like sideshow because he is way stronger than her. She has fought with bart plenty of times. The show heavily shows to her and Bart fighting on and off screen a lot.

Honestly. That thing shouldn't even be in her weakness. As it's not right

Eh I think Ryuk existing would make people believe hey maybe this notebook tied to a god of death where hundreds of criminal names are written owned by this high schooler can kill I agree with Ryuk being neutral. Personally I see as Lisa convicting light getting him sent to court and then as a last effort light kills Lisa with the price of the death note in his watch because he would either read little girl Lisa Simpson solves Kira case or in court where they would call Lisa vs light

Lisa wouldn't be able to use Ryuk's existence as evidence without giving everyone in the jury access to the Death Note, which would just be insane.

Killing Light without due legal process really defeats the moral purpose of going after him, but Lisa's a (currently) vengeful child genius, not a philosopher, so I agree with Butter.

Lisa would be able to use the death note and pass it around the jury if she can find light she can find the death note
