1. It would never be the same.
2. IIRC Blazblue verse almost concluded with Ragna became True Blazblue, Terumi was banished "for good" and Noel Vermilion succeeded as the Successor of Azure. So the Blazblue verse is more or less well concluded.

I am more concerned about Guilty Gear.

Actually it's got me thinking now, this is especially since I saw an intriguing post on r/whowouldwin about this upcoming DB, so someone proposed what could be another feasible wincon(s) for Silver.

can't Silver just yank the S-Cells from Trunk's body? IDW Silver was able to selectively pull the Metal Virus from every single living thing around the entire planet. The Metal Virus was designed to look like the bacteriophage so I don't think it's unreasonable to think Silver is fully capable of killing Trunks instantaneously or permenantly de-powering him to Saiyan Saga tiers. - r/whowouldwin Roftastic

This is still via his psychokinesis, correct me if I'm wrong but this would be a internal cellular damage, seems quite potent.

Random thought, while its never gonna happen, Parallax Hal Jordan vs Dr Maruki sounds pretty cool, I ain't gonna lie, both do have some decent connections

Silver also appears in a handful of other Sonic media. Though they have no direct connection to Archie, they share many of the same creative staff, and are still worth looking into if you'd like to see more of the character or interpretations of his abilities.

but it IS listed though and that quote even says "are still worth looking into" which tells me initially they probably didn't think they'd contain anything, if it wasn't people would be saying "but why didn't you use insert x", if xenoverse is being used I don't see why they'd be excluding stuff.

EDIT; so is the potential wincon in that post in notion note worthy or..

Two white-haired swordmen who came from future and travel back to the past in order to correct said past, As both of them are actually future version of protagonists from their series (Hakumen is Jin Kisaragi from future & Archer is Shirou Emiya from future). Both of them are considered as Heroes (Hakumen being one of Legendary six Heroes and Emiya being heroic spirit), And both of them also have "steel" as part of their quotes.

I'm not knowledgeable enough on DBH to say for sure honestly, I don't see anything about Heroes Trunks resisting cellular manipulation tho? No idea if Archie Silver could replicate the ability thru smart matter manip, wish powers, or reality manip though... If Trunks has no resistances to it that would be a super interesting wincon though.

I think the most unfortunate part of this is that the Metal Virus Saga was ALMOST Archie's final storyline, but the series seems to have had to be abruptly canceled before they could utilize it, so the notes and ideas for the storyline were benched to be used for IDW Sonic instead. If we were in the timeline were Archie ended maybe JUST a year later, this could've been an ability for ASilver LOL

It'd be 3A EVENTUALLY vs 3B, as 2A is only from Dissidia which is generally counted as its own thing in versus, not that bad honestly. It'd make the debate over if Seph could reasonably kill Bill before his rip destroys the universe, killing Seph in the process. Considering Seph is a ridiculously haxxed FF character he's certainly got something up his sleeve to do so.

I feel this would probably depend on wiether the fight takes place in Gravity Falls or not since Bill's ability to cause potential chaos is limited while stuck in Gravity Falls.
