Info we get from it:

• He's the head/leader of the "All-Stars"/Calamities.
• He's the highest executive/officer of the Beast Pirates with strength second to only Kaido.
• His Zoan form boosts his speed.

This wouldn't really change much tier wise but is better to use as the justification than his current one.

That's for when Wano scaling is touched, this is just applying vivre card information. He's currently scaled above Queen and Jack based on the assumption off his name but the vivre card gives direct confirmation that it's true.
