K then. Even disregarding time travel, FSM can freeze time around him or just one person, rewind time and aging, fast forward time and aging, send himself into the future, and slow down time around him, so he's probably not allowed

Speeding and slowing time showd be fine so long as its not broken, traveling to the future by a minute should be fine as thats pretty limited.

I could just use Snatch(with wolfgangs ability to interact with souls) and rip out Wilhelms soul thus you no longer have his powers.

Im not 100% sure how btd works, but i think it makes it so that people cant post-mortem time manip their way out of dying, but i see the reason why
