Well to be fair, he's insanely strong within less than 4 years(with the help of Raphael) and the top tiers still have experience above Rimuru. It makes sense for him to be a sandbag to the top tiers if he lack the experience in fighting plus Rimuru doesn't care too much about fighting. But he has all what it takes to become the strongest in a minimum amount of time due to his abilities( Belzebub ,Raphael, Food Chain,) that even Veldora admits that it is unfair lol.
 
Vol 10 is will showcase the templar knights in the labyrinth but both of them(except Hinata) will stop at Apito. Hinata and Apito fights but the result is Hinata wins and he will reach floor 100 and fights Veldora but she loses. It will also showcase Mariabell too and also be killed by Yuuki.

So the one will be benefitted in the CRT are: Templar Knights, Hinata, Veldora, Labyrinth Monsters

Vol 11 will be the big CRT like the High 6-A feat, Chloe being faster than time, Leon showcase, Granbell's Group, Ruminas gets an US, and Ifrit was named Chary by Veldora (technically Rimuru's sibling) is comparable to the patrons.
 
Forgot to mention: Guy's maid will fight Diablo, Granbell is a very impressive fighter managed to "kill" Hinata with his Melt Slash, Chronoa vs Yuuki + Rimuru + Leon + Ruminas+ Ifirt + Luminous + Hinata + basically everyone in the area at the same time, The mechanic for Hope King Sariel is very impressive

Leon's skill:

  • the officially strongest Light/ Holy class magic/ attack due to his ultimate skill. Triple Disintegration? MeltSlash? Meh, he is the humanoid holy typhoon.
  • playing (against his will) with Yellow and her army for decades on nearly daily basis. Yellow has a tendency to say hello by sending her army and throwing nuclear cannon etc, just for lols.
  • he could have dealt with Yellow by force, but it would cost a lot (sinking the entire continent along with his people) and knew it is just pointless as he already learned from Guy about each Primordials.
  • can hold himself just fine against rampaging Chronoa until his weapon and shield (Legend to Epic tier) broke.
  • then he draws out God tier weapons for defensive uses. He was afraid he would hurt her with them.
  • took a full force punch (non skill assisted, just raw physical) in the face from Rimuru.
 
It's mechanic is to overcome difficult situations (for example, to cut a shield that was not meant to be cut) it's like chef but better since it's an ultimate skill. Also according to discord, Legend class weapon and above can negate Ultra-speed Regenerationn
 
i just want to make things clear here, no Unique skill user was able to affect Ultimate skill user with their unique skill

-Yuuki was able to broke Uriel barrier because the barrier is uriel sub skill, Uriel main skill is Get and Grant people abiities (thats so fking OP) but again Rimuru never use it to its fullest potential, Just like Beezebub, it can eat literaly everything even time-space atrribute skill but the problem is its sub skill, Stomach, the capacity is still limited thats why he cannot absorbs something that beyond his stomach capacity

Greed was never worked on RImuru (Mariabell Use Greed to its fullest potenttial even sacrificing her spiritual power but still not work on Rimuru) because Unique skill cannot Affect Ultimate skill user but its still able to affect its surrounding like Rimuru barrier, magic, etc for example Guy dragon magic was not enough to kill Yuuki because he has anti-skill, if Rimuru use his Beelzebub to Yuuki he will die in an instan because Ultimate skill can only be handled by other Ultimate Skill which mean Yuuki anti-skill will be meaningless but because RImuru is a pacifist he doesnt like killing other like any other Demon Lord

yeah apparently There are so many unique Skill that can affect Space-Time, like a Sniper that could manipulate Space-Time, Shuna Sacred Magic that transcends space-time to reach Rimuru, and Chloe Unique Skill Time Travel
 
if they explain us about Nuclear Dimension tier 1 slime will not be just a dream

i mean, a fking Unique skill have countless number of spatial Dimensions

Moonlight negates Ultra-speed Regenerationn, it was stated in volume 7...its a legendary class weapon
