"Anyway back on topic. The methods were still being worked out, although I did narrow it down to a few paths, and I'll show the first four, although I do keep going through more so this list isn't finalized."
At this point, a dry erase board appears next to her, and she has a marker in her hand as she writes this stuff up
"Option A. I take over the whole world and rule with an iron fist, using fear, power, intimation etc. Of course this is, by far, the simplest one."
"Option B. I completely wipe out the planet, and cackle manically because 'no people being alive means no one can ostracize anyone'. Needless to say I won't be doing this one."
"Option C. I manage to do something to gain the adoration of humanity as a whole, so I can lead them without the use of fear and power, and they'd listen freely."
"Option D. I keep gaining power, and expand my barrier across the planet. At this point, with the use of an absurdly large amount of energy and some specific abilities that I'm not entirely sure I can use well enough, I'd be able to enact something similar to the world egg theory."
She draws a circle and labels it the world, and then draws a circle within that one for her barrier, and within it is an egg.
"The general idea, is that this 'egg' would 'hatch' into another world, one with different parameters potentially, however the main thing I'd be trying to change in all of this, is humanity's narure." She caps her marker and let's it dissappear at this point
"The issue with ruling with either fear or peace is that, in the end, it doesn't change how people are, they'd still do exactly what I'm trying to change, as that's part of their nature. And thus, more extreme methods might be needed. But I don't want to just control the minds of all humans." She explains, going over most of what she did with Kusanagi, but elaborating on some other potential plans she had gone through since then.
"Like I told Kusanagi before though, I still have to settle on a method, so once I've figured one out, I'll relay it to you guys and you can provide your opinion. I believe this should answer your earlier question."

"Well, I've said it before, but I do agree with this notion. The change need not be drastic, nor do I think it would put an end to humanity's growth, but removing the notion of ostracizing those who are different just because they are different, and not for their actions would lead to a much more peaceful place, I think."

One is currently building satellites made to take in the dyson sphere rays, while the other is rapidly teleporting to Jupiter, with the full intent of building an awesome floating space base, because no villain is complete without an awesome space base, and building it in the middle of Jupiter's red spot, practical or not, is just ******* awesome.

Operation Omega Empire quickly progressed with my clone over there. The increases in my processing power allowed for a far faster development process, as the analysis and rewriting of space and mathematics had been vastly accelerated. The cloning of neutron star and the mechanization of our planet had been going extremely well.
The weapons department had already been done, as it was first priority. Many canons across the surface, far stronger than even the strongest nuclear warheads, powered by my energy. Following are the Propulsion Busters, 100x stronger than the normal canons, they release chumps of kinetic energy and nuclear energy accumulated by me in the Abyss. Other weapons like neon guns, gravity crushers and spirit particle railguns surround it, but those are not important compared to my Magnum Opus.
The Neutron Sublight Speed Railgun. Extremely delicated, this 30 kilometer wide, 200 kilometer long canon is the deadliest weapon in the universe. By removing the Neutron Star from the Abyss and spatially placing it within the base of the canon, it's advert effects are nullified by my supernal destruction, placing the giant within atomic suspension above the air. Then, by creating gravitational pathways ahead of it and giving back it's natural velocity, the neutron star is set on it's way out of the canon. Then, the last process. I enhance it's velocity by 100x, making it fall just short of the speed of light. I should use it sparingly, because a weapon like this can reduce star systems to dust.

It worked, the plant that worked on the earth that was previously dead, is now alive somewhat mutated, probably due to the constant use of the necrosword in itself that must have altered its DNA a bit, a flower with the ability to think.

Drake on his way outside the citadel and beyond the planet's orbit, created a portal so that several of his Berserkers could bring Space debris left by human space travel and pieces of space stations that were damaged by the conditions of the space.

Brusel's planet would be far away floating in space, far from Earth... but in the near viscinity. Filled with various Brusels building stuff to better the planet all together. Still not having oxygen, but not for long.
The Brusel on the lookout keeps trying to think of a name for it.

Llwn just gives the Kusanagi a neutral look, as though waiting in line. Given the information he has, even if he can't directly gleam information from her despite his new abilities, the cause of this strange reaction isn't exactly some mystery. It was most likely caused by either the real Kusanagi or another clone having an unusual emotional reaction, or rather an emotional reaction at all.

The Brusels keep on expanding, getting quickly by teleporting or opening portals to the places, with precision, spreading and multiplying... and after a short while, a short percentage, yet huge number of planets, were taken over by Brusels, which continue to spread on the galaxy, now being beyond billions of them.

To prevent this, a barrier has been erected around the 10 closest star systems to the planet while the one who brought you hear finds a way to clear the forces out. It should be completed by the next time your powers have increased."
Space warps itself so that any of you or your belongings outside of the enclosed area are inexplicably now somewhere within.

...This leads to bazingallions of Brusels to come back with multiple buildings on top of planets, however quickly teleporting and all around the 10 nearest systems, trying to claim the planets on them. Spreading more and more.
