Well to defend Saiki here, what's stopping him from restoring his body before he completely explodes then teleporting a good distance away?

Not necessarily, Kira's bombs aren't exactly instantaneous. Many previous victims were capable of getting a few words out before being completely blowing up and on top of this thanks to a previous use of Saiki's mind control, he along with his verse can think extremely fast in dire situations.

Well, Saiki being at a distance when his precog kicks in would change that seeing as Kira's stand is MFTL, not Kira himself.

Standard Battle Assumptions has the combatants close enough for both to attack, iirc, but either way, I believe this match is a bit of a mismatch, Speed Equalized: Saiki haxstomps, Speed Unequalized: Saiki gets atomized before he can think
